Aspirations toward working in the social sector led Milanny to join YCAB Foundation in 2006. Over the years, Milanny has seen herself grow in YCAB, starting off as a Junior Assistant, continuing to become the Foundation’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of Koperasi YCAB, and most recently, the Operational Director of YCAB Ventures before becoming the company’s President Commissioner.
Her latest role requires her to supervise the management and advise the directors to ensure optimum performance that ultimately leads to the achievement and implementation of the company’s mission and values. Milanny is also responsible to establish company compliance to the applicable regulations and good corporate governance within YCAB Ventures.
San Verandy Herveranto Kusuma
Board of Commissioner
Prior to serving as a Commissioner at YCAB Ventures, Randy had the opportunity to sharpen his skills and strengthen his knowledge in finance and investment management throughout his career, thanks to decades of experience in the industry as well as some extensive training during those years.
Developing and managing financial products, maintaining investor relations, strategizing business distribution channels and marketing directives were only a few of his responsibilities in the early years of his career at various financial institutions, including his start in the banking industry in 1995. Since 2011, Randy has been focusing his career in investment management, taking the leading role at multiple reputable investment companies.
Now, at YCAB Ventures, Randy oversees the achievement of the company’s business targets; advises the Directors in cultivating entrepreneurial spirit in micro, small, and medium enterprise owners through microfinancing and impact investing; ensures the implementation of good governance within the company; and supports the company’s values through continuous growth and contribution to its stakeholders.
After earning her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2012, Stella joined International Finance Corporation as Investment Officer in Jakarta. Her years of experience in investment and finance has gained her astounding knowledge and skills that led her to step into the role of Treasurer/Group CFO at YCAB in 2017.
This Institut Teknologi Bandung graduate now holds the position of YCAB Ventures’ CEO, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company in order to perfect its funding products, provide positive results for the low-income women entrepreneurs, and grow YCAB Ventures impact investment portfolio.
Yulian Kusuma Kwee
Appointed as the Director of YCAB Ventures, Yulian is responsible for overseeing human resources, legal and compliance, as well as the finance and accounting department within the company. This Palembang-born accounting graduate had dedicated his career to becoming an investment management professional.
With a comprehensive experience in working at notable financial institutions such as PT. Trimegah Securities Tbk and PT. PG Asset Management, Yulian brings to the table his leadership to steer YCAB Ventures to creating impactful results for its clients and developing high-quality human resources to ensure efficiency and achieved targets.
More than a decade-long experience in overseeing and executing credit management, evaluation, collection, and strategic business plans finally brought Sikkat to YCAB Ventures. Prior to taking on the role of Operations Director at the company, Sikkat has led many divisions and departments in various banking and financial institutions, starting off in the collection department at Citibank. Sikkat continued to lead the operations unit at PT. Bina Artha Ventura, and most recently at PT. Mandala Multifinance Tbk. as General Manager.
At YCAB Ventures, he is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, including product design, portfolio quality management, and client outreach, to ensure the company’s business growth and the overall quality and efficiency of operations.
Head of Operation
Having worked with YCAB for over 10 years, Rahmat has played a critical role in establishing YCAB’s microfinance business, resulting in the birth of YCAB Ventures that was then known as Koperasi YCAB. Rahmat’s aligned vision with the foundation was what drove him to keep supporting its mission, which was to make significant contributions to the lives of low-income women entrepreneurs and their children through microfinancing.
Now acting as the Head of Operational, Rahmat develops and implements operational strategies for the company. He determines operational areas to cover, product communications design, and client approaches. Working with branch, unit, and area managers to reach their target, Rahmat strives to achieve efficiency in his work, while maintaining the focus on the company’s clients.
Adee Anne Tiwow
Head of Business Development
Though she studied French literature in university, Adee has always shown great interest in business and finance. Adee finally earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Monash University, Australia and Master of Management degree from IPMI Business School, Jakarta, both in 2005 while working at PT. UKABIMA, a USAID-supported for-profit microfinance company. During her work at UKIBA, she attended various training—from microfinance group lending methodology, product management, strategic business planning and leadership.
She continued to work at PT. Sosial Enterprener Indonesia as Director, supporting SMEs and entrepreneurship in Indonesia. Adee has been with YCAB Ventures since 2019 as the Head of Business Development where she plans, directs, and manages the company’s growth of areas, products, and partnerships.
Head of Human Capital
With 15 years of experience in the human resources department at both NGOs and corporations, Renanda finally joined YCAB Ventures as the Head of Human Capital in 2019. No stranger to the many different aspects of HR, she thoroughly manages the company’s organizational design, employee recruitments and performance evaluation, including reward system and talent development.
Having worked alongside great talents at USAID, Oxfam, GB, and IFRC, Renanda is skilled in recognizing outstanding potential recruits. To top it off, her 8-year experience at CEVA Logistics and master’s degree in HR Management have contributed to her strong success in planning and regulating general HR services, policies, and administration in the company.
Head of Legal, Compliance dan Corporate Secretary
After joining YCAB Foundation as a Legal Manager in 2018, Devyta went to New York University School of Law to continue her studies and earn her master’s degree in International Legal Studies. In 2019, Devyta returned to Indonesia to become the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Secretary at YCAB Ventures, overseeing various legal aspects of the company.
Acting as the legal representative of the company, she is responsible to ensure the company’s compliance with the applicable regulations, advise the company on its legal matters, and provide information and administrative services for its stakeholders.
