Renanda Witaniya

With 15 years of experience in the human resources department at both NGOs and corporations, Renanda finally joined YCAB Ventures as the Head of Human Capital in 2019. No stranger to the many different aspects of HR, she thoroughly manages the company’s organizational design, employee recruitments and performance evaluation, including reward system and talent development.

Having worked alongside great talents at USAID, Oxfam, GB, and IFRC, Renanda is skilled in recognizing outstanding potential recruits. To top it off, her 8-year experience at CEVA Logistics and master’s degree in HR Management have contributed to her strong success in planning and regulating general HR services, policies, and administration in the company.
