Devyta Wijaya

Devyta is an Indonesian licensed lawyer with more than 5 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining YCAB Ventures, she was an associate at an Indonesian law firm.

She oversees various legal and compliance aspects of the company and implements strategic risk management. Acting as the legal representative of the company, she is responsible to ensure the company’s compliance with the applicable regulations, advise the company on its legal matters, and provide information for its stakeholders.

As a commitment to promote impact investment in Indonesia, Devyta sits on the board of the Indonesia Venture Capital Association for Start-Ups as the Head of Impact Investment Division.
